Our Values

  • Godly Character: Character trumps charisma and competence, in our view. Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, transparency, and accountability are some of the ways by which we appraise this value.
  • Sound Doctrine: The holy Word of God in Scripture is a stewardship to us, which must be held in the highest esteem, and taught faithfully. It is, therefore, the yardstick by which all teachings, intentions, and actions are examined and weighed.
  • Excellence: God requires that we love Him with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength. We, therefore, seek to do all things for His glory, to maintain the highest possible standards in the quality of what we do , and in how we carry ourselves. God, through Christ, has given us His best. In reciprocity, we strive to do our best for and with God
  • Teamwork: Considering the biblical body metaphor of the church, and recognizing that each individual in the body of Christ has been uniquely and divinely endowed, we encourage and provide space for everyone to discover and release their potential. Each team member has unique abilities, strengths, and gifts, and when members complement each other, their potential is greater than the sum of individuals operating independently.
  • Community: Building intimacy in community, promoting genuine relationships, and keeping the unity of the faith are fundamental. The Church is a family and all saints are members of the household of God (Ephesians 2:19), who should live and serve together in community.
  • Building relationships within and outside the church provides a platform for evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, as well as for social and other support. Stewardship: The resources of time, energy, finances, and everything else are God-given and entrusted to us for faithful stewardship, and as those who will some day give account of the same
